Long story short: My fitness classes encourage clean form, are driven by upbeat and edgy music, and they RADIATE empowering vibes. Lindsay Masset is an E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), the developer/founder of Revolve., Rebound Rebel, 701 Bounce, Bounce Up, Flow Down, Athletic Restorative Yoga, and Asana Reimagined. She is also an Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor, former trapeze artist, trained acrobat, and puppeteer. Lindsay has taught yoga and fitness classes for over a decade and deeply enjoys teaching all ages and experience levels.
Beyond Buti Yoga, Rebounding, and Vinyasa yoga; Lindsay is skilled in instructing 11:11 The Practice, Barre, Acrobatics, HotCore, Buti Sculpt, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Partner Yoga, Partner Stunting, Restorative Yoga, Hip Hop Dance, Theatrical Dance, and Single-Point Dance Trapeze.
Lindsay loves teaching out-of-the-box and empowering fitness classes. "This gift of being granted the space and time to invite people of all walks of life to release their stress, while simultaneously motivating them to be their best selves is a complete delight and a true blessing."
Lindsay's motto for class: "Life's too short for boring workouts. My unique and fun classes; encourage you to abandon fear, help you build strength, illuminate you on how to push your body safely, aid in gaining confidence and body awareness, and release stress. Around me you'll find comfort in being simply YOU. We're all marvelously different. At the mat I believe in empowerment. I help to create a welcoming community of yogis grounded in the ideas of; no competition, no expectations, and no judgement. Lindsay's knack for teaching is driven by her strong dance and theatrical background. She has performed professionally across the country with notable theatre companies like Do Jump-Extremely Physical Theatre Company and Tears of Joy Puppet Theatre. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts with emphasis in Acting and Directing as well as a Dance Minor from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her Graduate training was in Clowning, Ensemble Movement, and Commedia Mask Performance at Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre in California.
She is currently based out of Bismarck, ND
